Property building in Atik Palas Hotel
Apartment with living room and bedroom was really beautiful and spacious. Comfortable bed and blackout curtains were definitely a plus point. Great breakfast with various foods on the top floor with terrace and truly helpful staff. We asked for additional duvet, pillows and bathroom supplies, asistance with connecting TVs to the internet and aircon service - always got immediate response. All was solved very promptly. Location is also great. Metro and bus station are right around the corner, 2 min. walking from hotel with direct lines to city center and connection to U train from the airport. The only negative thing was a noise from the street since hotel is close to the main road but that is only due to the habit of local drivers to constantly honk. Apart from that, we were very satisfied.

We stayed at Atik Palas Hotel for 10 nights. The location is great everything is near and the area is safe. The breakfast is a little poor, same all the days and there are no variety of choices. Rooms are a bit small but the suite is spacious. Housekeepings are okay but not perfect. Rooms a little bit noisy specially in the first floor, soundproof is weak. Everything else are amazing and we had a great experience in the hotel, the staff were very nice and helpful specially Mr. Jankez, Mr. Jehan, Mr. Farhat and miss Nordan.

The hotel is very secured place, at a safe environment. Also the metro is so near the hotel. I am satisfied with staff specially with the agent Onur he is a young guy working there I've never seen such a helpful guy, he helped me with my luggages to the metro station, and he had such a good behaviour he only smiles to people around and this is such a good thing, Onur deserves a very good salary there. ☺️

hi the staff are JUST amazing Metin and Inhami are extremely professional and helpful staff they treat you like KING they are very polite extremely friendly and very helpful in every situation I RECOMMEND THIS AMAZING HOTRL ☺️ the rooms are very very clean and the food is out of this world 😋 every ware smells very clean and pleasant 🙂
